Coastal Evenings in a container, and wet your eye lining brush in distilled water. Adding more water than granules, mix your eye liner until it is a liquid consisting. Line eyes as you normally would. Sweep upward for a more dramatic look. Our cosmetic pigments are high purity, filtered free of heavy metals, and safe for contact lens wearers.
