Organic oatmeal, organic ground almonds and organic powdered milk, yogurt culture.
Directions from packaging:
Place small amount in palm of hand, add water to make paste and gently appy to face using circular motion. Massage until tacky and let rest 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Use once a month.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
