Directions from packaging:

TO USE: Apply oil to hair (warmed oil is best), concentrating on the ends, and to dry patches of scalp. Leave on for 30 minutes (or overnight for intensive conditioning), then shampoo out. For skin: Apply to cotton pad and wipe across face to gently dissolve makeup and hydrate skin.
