Directions from packaging:

Use on clean lips. Step 1: The Paint for Lips - Apply an even layer of the Paint for Lips, then wait until it dries completely, a minute or so. Step 2: The Moisturizing Top Coat - For moisture and shine apply the Moisturizing Top Coat over the Paint for Lips, you can reapply the Top Coat as often as you would like. To remove Lipfinity, use an oil-based make-up remover, baby oil or petroleum jelly. For optimal performance from Lipfinity, use both the Paint for Lips and the Moisturizing Top Coat together. Using the top coat on other lipsticks will not give you long-lasting results.
