Use above, below, or all around the eye. Try lining or filling in the lips. Mix colors with lip gloss to get satin lips or apply over lip pencils or lipstick to get a velvety look. Tap the color onto a tissue or on the back of your hand, then fill an incomplete brow line using a small, professional makeup brush. Highlight the brow arch with a light shade in the peak of the arch.
