Directions from packaging:

Start removing this sleeve and setting aside to follow directions before disposing or recycling. Open canister and remove one cleansing disk. 1. Rinse face with warm water. 2. Slip fingers into finger pocked and wet crystal side. 3. Massage face and neck with crystal side to cleanse and exfoliate. 4. Turn pad over and wet conditioning side. 5. Smooth over face and neck to condition. 6. Rinse face and pat dry. 7. Dispose of pad in trash receptacle. (Do not flush). For best results, use twice daily and follow with your favorite RoC moisturizer. When used in the morning, RoC recommends a daily moisturizer with SPF 15 to help protect skin from sun damage.
