Ingredients from packaging: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Gel, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Natural Progesterone USP, Evening Primrose (Oenothera Biennis) Oil, Vitamin E Acetate, Isostearic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, Shea Butter, Lecithin, Glycerine, Allantoin, Sorbic Acid and Grape Seed Extract. Also Contains: Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Primrose Oil, and Grape Seed Extract.
Directions from packaging:Rotate application between face, hands, chest, abdomen, inner arms and thighs. Use as Directed by Your Doctor, or as Follows: Menstruating Women: Apply once or twice a day as needed, starting on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow thru the 27th day. Perimenopausal Women: Apply once or twice a day as needed, starting on the 7th day after the first day of menstrual flow thru the 27th day. Menopausal or Non-Menstruating Women: Apply once or twice a day for a maximum of 25 consecutive days. Resume after a five-day break. Application is intended for external cosmetic use. Consult a health care professional before using this or any product during pregnancy or if you have a serious medical condition.
