Active Ingredients: Calamine (14% W/W), Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride (2% W/W). Inactive Ingredients: Bentonite, Benzethonium Chloride, Benzyl Alcohol, Black Iron Oxide, Camphor, Castor Oil, Golden Brown Dye, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Lanolin Oil, Lanolin Alcohol, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Menthol, PEG-4, Petrolatum, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Polysorbate 60, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, PVP, Sorbitan Stearate, and Yellow Iron Oxide.
Directions from packaging:
As soon as possible after exposure, cleanse affected are with soap and water. Gently pat dry. Apply Ivarest liberally to form a layer you can not see through. Adults and Children 2 Years and Older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children Under 2 Years of Age: Consult a doctor. Avoid contact with clothing. Ivarest may stain certain fabrics.
Warnings from packaging:
Do not use on chicken pox or measles, on large areas of the body, more often then directed or with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one taken by mouth. For external use only. When using this product avoid contact with the eyes. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, or symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
