PCN-24 was found in 10 of 10 umbilical cord blood samples from babies born in U.S. hospitals in 2004, at concentrations ranging from 71.0 to 206.2 pg/g (lipid weight, in whole blood). It was also found in 3 of 3 adult blood samples, at concentrations ranging from 66.8 to 317.8 pg/g (lipid weight, in whole blood).

*PCN-24 co-eluted with PCN-14 and PCN-21. Results shown indicate the total concentration of all the chemicals that co-eluted.
