Beyond clothing and cookware, PFCs can be found in some interesting places, such as in dental floss (Teflon in Glide, Colgate); in nail polish (Sally Hansen Teflon Tuff); in vacuum cleaners (Bissell ProHeat Deep Cleaner with Scotchgard); in rugs and carpet (Stainmaster); in bathroom cleaners (Clorox with Teflon Surface Protector); in camping equipment (Gore-Tex); and on a variety of metal cutting blades from Fiskars Garden Hand Pruners (Teflon-coated) to Nurse Mates Teflon-coated bandage scissors.
