Feb. 17, 2011 -- Oscar nominees actor Mark Ruffalo (The Kids Are All Right) and director Josh Fox (Gasland), visiting Capitol Hill, urged lawmakers to close oil and gas industry loopholes and exemptions enabling natural gas drillers to use hydraulic fracturing.
