WASHINGTONPresident Trump will announce whether he is pulling out of the historic Paris climate change accord after returning from the G7 Summit at the end of this month. If he does, the U.S. will join the ranks of Syria and Nicaragua – the only nations in the world that are not committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions – said EWG President Ken Cook.
