Enviro urges Minn. agency to conduct more tests for C8, PFOS water contamination

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency should do more well testing for Teflon component C8 and Scotchgard-related chemical PFOS near 3M plants that used the chemicals, an environmental group said this week. Environmental Working Group Vice President Jane Houlihan sent a letter to MCPA Commissioner Sheryl Corrigan requesting the testing.
