Specific Absorption Rates (SAR) (by network mode)
The Specific Absorption Rates (SAR) is a measure of how much radiation is absorbed by the body when the phone is sending a signal to the network. Different cell tower networks use different frequencies. The phone changes modes depending on which network has the strongest signal.
